How many treatments do I need? The answer is, it is up to you. It depends on your goals and on your condition and lifestyle.
For example: if you just want relief for back pain, neck pain or a headache that started recently "out of the blue", as few as 2-3 visits may be enough. If the pain recurs, you can choose a visit or two of care to get relief again. Other people may seek care for old injuries and or conditions accompanied by worsening chronic pain or disability. They may choose either a few visits of care to relieve this flare up, or they may choose a few weeks of corrective and rehabilitative care to find more complete and lasting relief. After rehabilitation, some people choose to maintain their progress and prevent flare-ups by scheduling routine care, while other prefer to come in only for relief care if the pain or disability has recurred.
Each visit, we talk about how you are doing. Your care is planned so that it works for you. The type of care you choose, whether it is relief care, correction and rehabilitation care, or maintenance and prevention care, is up to you.
